Our culture is friendly and informal. It is not bureaucratic and it allows for quick on-the-run decision-making – a necessity in our dynamic industry. Although the culture is informal and people-oriented, the company conducts business according to strict professional codes.

The idea is to create an entrepreneurial spirit which enables employees to give valuable ideas without fear. The atmosphere encourages every one of us to be innovative. Titles and levels are not emphasized. Employees are treated equally. There are no designated and special parking bays as availability of parking is on a first come first serve basis. The same applies for our canteens.
